Meet Your Guide Near Plaza de Armas

Your Cusco City Tour Half Day begins at the coordinated meeting point near Cusco’s Plaza de Armas.

Morning departures meet between approximately 8:50 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., while afternoon departures generally meet between 12:45 p.m. and 1:10 p.m.

Puka Pukara – The Red Fortress

The next stop is Puka Pukara, an elevated archaeological complex overlooking routes approaching Cusco.

Explore its stone walls, terraces, and internal spaces while learning about the possible administrative, military, and logistical functions of the site.

Tambomachay – Water & Inca Engineering

Complete the archaeological circuit at Tambomachay, known for its carefully designed fountains and stone water channels.

Return to Central Cusco

After Tambomachay, return by tourist transportation toward central Cusco.
