Overview - Red Valley and Rainbow Mountain ATV

Experience two extraordinary Andean landscapes in one day on our Red Valley and Rainbow Mountain ATV adventure, combining an exciting quad-bike ride with a short high-altitude hike to Vinicunca.

The ATV portion follows a scenic route through the spectacular Red Valley, where deep red and ochre mountain slopes contrast with glacial peaks, open valleys, and traditional alpaca and llama grazing areas.

After approximately 25 minutes of riding, leave the quad bikes at the designated mountain parking area and continue on foot. The final approach to Rainbow Mountain takes approximately 30–40 minutes depending on your pace.

At elevations above 5,000 meters, enjoy remarkable views of Vinicunca, Red Valley, and the surrounding Vilcanota mountain range.

The experience includes early transportation from Cusco, breakfast, lunch, professional guiding, ATV safety equipment, driving practice, first-aid support, and emergency oxygen.
